Big news! We're excited to launch subscriptions of our produce boxes on SigonasHome.com.

Our team has been working hard the past several weeks and happy to share that you can now subscribe to a produce order on a weekly, every other week, or every four-week schedule. No need to log in to create a new order each week! Below you’ll find the step-by-step process to creating and placing your recurring orders! 

But first, one note. With this backend change, the next time you log into SigonasHome.com, you will be required to reset your password. If you have any trouble, please contact us at home@sigonas.com


Step 1:

Go about your normal produce shopping add items that you'd to order to your cart, just as you did before. On the cart page, you'll notice a few new changes. On the right side of the page, you will see a panel with editable delivery options. This is where you can choose to set up a one-time or recurring order. 

In the first step, you’ll be asked to choose your delivery date. Note that if you do set up a subscription, all future orders will be delivered on the same day of the week (a recurring order beginning on a Wednesday will continue to be delivered on Wednesdays in future weeks).

In step two, you'l be asked to confirm your delivery window. At this time, we have a single delivery window of 8am-5pm but hope to add more focused windows in the future.

In step three, you can choose the frequency of your order: one-time, weekly, every two weeks, and every four weeks. Once you select your delivery date and frequency click “Go to Checkout”.

Step 2:

On the next page, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping addresses. If you have special instructions, such as a gate code or direction to a particular building in an apartment complex, please enter it in the Delivery Instructions. 

Step 3: 

On the next page, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. You will also be asked to agree to our Terms of Use before moving forward through the checkout process.

Step 4: 

On the final page, you will find a summary of your order, including your billing and shipping information, items in your cart, and the order frequency. Please review this information to ensure it is correct, and then click the “Confirm” button to place your order. 

If you selected a one-time order, you will be charged upon placing your order, however, if you subscribed to a recurring order, you will be charged three days ahead of each delivery when orders are set. 

You can always view your current orders in the Manage Orders area of your account. Here, you can also edit your produce subscription, as well as edit or cancel a particular upcoming order.
